Subscription Policy

1. Purpose

This Subscription Policy governs the conditions applicable to the subscription plans offered by MAGIC HOROSCOPE through:

Purchasing a subscription implies acceptance of this policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Sale and all other applicable legal documentation.

2. Subscription plans

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may offer different subscription plans that provide access to premium features, content and services.

The specific features of each plan, as well as its prices and limitations, will be those published at any given time on the checkout page.

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may create, modify, expand or replace subscription plans in the future.

3. Subscription duration

Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscriptions are periodic and recurring.

The plans currently available are billed monthly.

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may offer annual plans or other billing methods in the future.

4. Automatic renewal

All subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each contracted period.

By purchasing a subscription, the user expressly authorizes the recurring charge of the corresponding amount using the payment method provided during checkout.

Renewal will continue until the user cancels their subscription.

5. Charges and billing

Payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or other payment providers that may be added in the future.

The applicable amount will be the price shown for the contracted plan at the time of renewal, unless a price change has been previously communicated.

The user is responsible for keeping their payment details up to date.

6. Subscription cancellation

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their user area or by sending a request to [email protected].

Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but will not result in an automatic refund of fees already paid.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the user will keep access to the contracted features until the end of the period already paid for.

7. Non-payments and failed payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed:

  • New payment attempts may be made
  • Access to certain features may be temporarily suspended
  • The subscription may be automatically cancelled if non-payment persists

MAGIC HOROSCOPE reserves the right to limit or suspend access to the services associated with the subscription while any outstanding amounts remain unpaid.

8. Plan changes

The user may switch between the available plans when this feature is enabled.

The economic conditions and effective date of the change will be indicated during the relevant process.

9. Price changes

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may modify subscription prices.

When a modification affects active subscribers, it will be communicated with reasonable notice before it takes effect.

If the user does not accept the new economic conditions, they may cancel their subscription before the next renewal.

10. Features and usage limits

The features included in each plan may be subject to usage limits, including, among others:

  • Number of consultations
  • Number of messages
  • Number of available reports
  • Number of tarot readings
  • Access to specific tools

The specific limits will be those published on the checkout page in force at any given time.

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may update these limits to improve the service or adapt it to technical and operational needs.

11. Changes to the services

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may introduce improvements, changes or new features to the services included in subscriptions.

Likewise, it may replace certain features with equivalent ones when justified by technical, operational or commercial reasons.

12. Proper use of the service

The subscription is personal and non-transferable.

The following is not permitted:

  • Sharing accounts with third parties
  • Reselling access
  • Using automated systems to exploit the services
  • Carrying out activities that may harm the operation of the platform

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may suspend or cancel subscriptions when abusive or fraudulent use is detected.

13. Service termination

MAGIC HOROSCOPE may suspend or cancel a subscription when:

  • There are breaches of these terms
  • Fraud or misuse is detected
  • There are repeated non-payments
  • It is necessary for technical or legal reasons
